FPSO It looks like an oil tanker, but its complexity is much higher than oil tanker, the complex systems involved include two dozen categories. Such as single-point mooring systems, dynamic positioning systems, oil treatment systems, waste water treatment systems, water injection systems and helicopter take-off and landing systems .Such system are rarely encountered in sport vessels. Other inert gas generating systems, fire rescue systems, monitoring systems and power generation systems are higher than the construction requirements of transport ships.

FPSO is the installation of production separation equipment, water injection (gas) equipment, utility equipment and living facilities on a tanker with oil storage and unloading functions. Oil and gas are transported to a single point through the submarine pipeline. The oil and gas channel on a single point is transported to the tanker (FPSO) through a hose. The oil and gas treatment facilities on the FPSO separate the oil, gas and water, and the separated qualified crude oil is stored in the oil tank on the FPSO and transported by the tanker after metering and calibration.
