INOCO Static mixer is an efficient mixing equipment with no moving parts, by mixing element whick is fixed in the tube inner parts, so that two or more different fluids forming cutting, shearing, rotation and re mixed, to achieve the fluid between the good dispersion and fully mixing purposes.
INOCO static mixer design ,fabrication and inspection is as per the standard of JB/T7660-95〈STATIC MIXER 〉。
[Application range]
Static mixer is suitable to the liquid-liquid, liquid-gas, liquid-solid ,gas-gas mixing, emulsifying, neutralization, absorption, extraction, reaction and heat transfer process, it is available for the application with high viscosity range different flow type status( Laminar flow, transition flow, turbulent flow )
(1)Liquid-liquid mixing
From laminar to turbulent ,liquid viscosity within the scope of 10 Mpa·s have good mixing effect .the dispersion droplet minimum size could reach to 1-2um ,and size with uniform distribution .
(2)Liquid-gas mixing 
Static mixer make liquid-gas 2 phases medium phase interface continue updating and fully contacting, it can replace Bubble column and plate column in the certain condition .
(3)Liquid-solid mixing 
In the turbulent condition mixing of little solid particle or powder (powder take about 5% area of liquid) with liquid . use the static mixer could fully distribute the solid particle or powder compulsively .
(4)Gas-gas mixing 
Used for cold ,hot gas mixing ,or different groups of gas mixing .
(5)Enhanced heat transfer
As static mixer increases the contact area of the fluid, that is, to improve the heat transfer coefficient, generally on the gas cooling or heating, if using static mixer ,the gas heat transfer coefficient can be increased 8 times; for viscous liquid heating, heat transfer coefficient can be increased by 5 times; to gas condensation which have a large number of non condensable gas ,heat transfer coefficient can be increased by 8.5 times; for polymer melt medium heat exchanging ,it could reduce pipe section of the temperature and the viscosity gradient.
