01、 Support basket
Durable electrolytic polishing SS316 support basket (included in the container) makes it possible for filter bag - HAYFLOW components to bear the differential pressure up to 3.5 BAR. There are various sizes of support basket, which is suitable for all INOCO bag filter. Support basket with special material such as hastelloy (HASTORY) / E - CTFE (HALAR) coating is optional. Standard support basket with adapter can be installed in other kinds of filters.

02、 LOFNETIC magnet components
During filtering, one / more magnetic bars with supporting frame will be put inside the filter bag, which effectively sucks out mixed iron particles, avoids accumulated in the filter material, so that lengthen the service life of filter bag. When using a relatively coarse filter bag, it can also suck the slightly less iron powder out. Magnetic bar component has # 01 - # 02 two sizes. It is available to use one / two magnetic bars with SS316 shell.

03、 Filter bag support frame
For safety reasons, filter should use the support frame. It prevents the filter bag move up  down due to the instability of pressure, , ensures the filter bag fitting with the support basket, avoids the folding of the filter material , makes full use of the filter area. Support frames are more needed for ACCUGAFTM, PROGAFTM , LOFCLEARTM 500 series filter bags. New-design collar ring makes the support frame remain in the filter bag. Filter bag support frame has # 01 、 # 02 two sizes.

04、 Support leg component
Height adjustable support leg has #01 、#02 two sizes. It is the standard device of TOPLINE vessel. ECOLINE, FLOWLINE, SIDELINE other filters can select it separately. Wall type bracket can also be selected.

05、 Hollow ball
When filtering, the hollow ball floats inside the filter bag, reduces the fluid left behind the filter bag  the product loss, makes it easier to change the filter bag no longer required of expensive compressed air drainage system. New-design collar ring keeps hollow ball stable in the filter bag. The material is SS316, the max differential pressure is 16 bar, there are # 01 、#02 two sizes

06、 Diverse components
There is 90 degree elbow, flanged reducer, Tee  flanged Cross in INOCO standard SS316 pipe fittings, which makes it easy to change from FLOWLINE, SIDELINE - TOPLINE 01 、 02 filter to DUOLINE /MODULINE.

07、 Open system connector
Used for gravity filter system with SNAP - RING steel ring filter bag, 1.5 "BSP connection, material has stainless steel  polypropylene, is applicable to the condition of pressure below 0.15 MPA (1.5 Bar).

08、Sealing washer
INOCO metal container is equipped with standard BUNA N - sealing ring, plastic container is with FPM o-ring. There are also other materials such as EPDM, fluorine rubber (FPM), FPM with PTFE lining / silicone rubber for option. They have different ageing resistance , heat resistance properties, are suitable for different applications.

09、 Filter mesh
A series of SS316 filter meshes can change the bag filtering into mesh type filtering. There are 1#, 2#, 3#，4# four kinds of sizes, 25, 50, 100, 150, 250, 400, 800 micron ratings.

10、 Other
INOCO always prepares for pressure gauge, vent valve, bolt, V - CLAMP clip, T bolt, butterfly valve / ball valve - other accessories for option, which can be used for all kinds of INOCO filters.

11、 Filter bag pressure ring
Various series of containers such as ECOLINE, SIDELINE, FLOWLINE, POLYLINE 、MAXILINE all have different filter bag pressure ring (included in the container). It will press the filter bag tightly in the container.
